I’m an EMCC, ILM Level 7 Executive Coach for the creative industries. I’m also a former Commissioning Editor and documentary filmmaker with over 25 years’ experience in broadcast media.

I’ve helped numerous creative professionals to step confidently into new roles, launch ambitious projects, plan their careers, and find balance in their personal and professional lives.

Having been both a freelancer and in senior executive roles, I understand the challenges of the screen industries particularly well.

I'm passionate about empowering talented people from all backgrounds, and I take a holistic approach to my clients.

Come to me with all your complexities - I'll help you gain clarity about yourself and your situation, enabling you to build on your strengths, learn new skills and discover practical, sustainable ways to get to where you want to be.

Clients say I’m calm, warm and friendly, skilled at asking the right questions, helpfully challenging, and that I create a safe and constructive environment for them to explore new ideas.

Dedicated to supporting creativity, I’m a mentor for Wonder Women CIC, a former board member of Directors UK, a trustee of the Edinburgh International Festival and a jury chair for the BAFTA Television and TV Craft Awards.

As a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), I abide by a professional code of ethics
